Refunds and Returns
Dutro has established the following Refund and Returns Policy to serve our customers.
Overview
Any Dutro product can be returned within 30-days of original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Details such as order numbers, shipping dates or invoice numbers also suffice and we will be glad to look them up in our system for you. Refunds are not advanced until the product has been returned to us (return shipping is your responsibility and shipping will not be refunded).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping returns
To return your product please contact us at 866-388-7660. A return authorization is required for every return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your product is damaged by the carrier, claims must be submitted to the carrier. We will be happy to assist with that process but cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipment.
